As per the RV manufacturer's guidelines, the following repairs are NOT covered under warranty—Complaints/Issues where a problem cannot be found or duplicated, tripped breakers and/or fuses, adjustments outside of the first 30 days, items considered maintenance (sealants, lubricants, etc). These repairs will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. ESTIMATE OF REPAIRS—Includes all parts, labor, handling, and diagnosis. If on closer analysis it is found that additional repairs are necessary, you will be contacted for authorization. You may approve an increase in the original estimated price either over the phone, text, or email. The shop labor & supply rate is $174.99 per hour. I hereby authorize the repair work listed hereon, including sublet work, to be done along with necessary materials. Rocky Mountain RV and its employees may operate the described vehicle for purposes of testing, inspection, or delivery at my risk. An express lien is acknowledged on said vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto. Rocky Mountain RV will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to vehicles or articles left in a vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond their control. The customer agrees to pay all collection costs and/or attorney's fees in the event default is made in any payment due. If a vehicle is returned to the customer without repair service being performed, a diagnostic fee (including reassembling) may be charged. A diagnostic fee may be assessed if the vehicle warranty does not cover diagnostics. I have read and understand the above and acknowledge receipt of an estimate. TERMS CASH—Unless arrangements made prior to authorization, Vehicles left after work is completed may be subject to a storage fee.
